Agency Hosts Lender Appreciation Breakfast (cont.)

In keeping with the theme, five lenders were given bouquets and special recognition for originating over 100 loans each in 2008.  The recipients of the production awards were Aurora Financial Group, Gateway Funding, Jersey Mortgage, Weichert Mortgage and Wells Fargo.  There are currently 65 lenders participating in the Home Buyer Program. 
 
All of the Agency's Home Buyer first mortgage loans are fixed rate 30 or 40 year mortgages that are underwritten to assure continuing affordability for borrowers. The Agency retains and services all of its loans and enjoys a very low default rate.
