We closed a record 75 project transactions this year!  Our new financing closings will result in the creation of more than 3,400 units of affordable and special needs housing throughout the state!

As you know, this year brought some new closing challenges because of unsettled market conditions, bankrupt title and insurance companies, and many unique issues stemming from these situations.  THANK YOU for all your hard work, patience, the additional time you put in each day, including adjustments to planned vacation schedules, and your creative efforts to find a balance between enforcing our deadlines and working with the project sponsors to accomplish not only our goals but theirs.  And thanks to our friends in the Multifamily and Special Needs divisions for all their efforts in making our team approach to closings so successful.  We especially want send thanks to the Multifamily Programs and Credit division staff for working side by side with us on the projects forced to close late in our schedule.
